I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shawna Young. Her local market knowledge is unmatched, and her ability to truly understand what I wanted in a home was incredible. She listened carefully, found homes that fit my needs, attended open houses with me, and even visited them on my behalf when I was traveling. Throughout the entire process, Shawna was by my side every step of the way. She offered thoughtful guidance and expert advice while always making sure the final decision was mine. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make, and having someone who listens, cares, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely has your best interests at heart is priceless. Shawna Young was our realtor and we would definitely recommend her to other buyers! She texted us and emailed us promptly. We don't know how many other clients at that time but if she was it didn't show she was working with others. We felt like a top priority for her.
