Shawna showed extreme attention to detail while going through the entire process, and always reminded us of our upcoming needs well in advance. It was clear Shawna had excellent knowledge of the area and maintains great working relationships with the people/businesses that are necessary in all aspects of purchasing the house. Shawna was available day or night to answer any questions we had, and was super responsive....she is an excellent facilitator and communicator. In the future, I would use Shawna again without any reservations. An excellent first home buying experience and Shawna was a major part of that. Thank you!

Shawna was wonderful to work with! She was truly our partner throughout the whole homebuying process. No matter what time of day or night, she was available to answer our questions (and we had a lot!). Shawna is such a pleasure to work with, I don't think I will ever use anyone else as long as she is available. She made both the sale of our old house, as well as the purchase of our new one as stress free and easy as possible. She really took the time to find out what was really important to us in a home and was determined to find the perfect fit for us and our two kids. Working with Shawna at Donahue was an absolute joy. My husband and I were looking for a 2 family home as our first purchase and really had no idea where to start. She was helpful, friendly, and always very easy to talk to about our likes and dislikes. I can be a difficult person because I'm very type A, but Shawna never had any issues with my endless questions and was always very quick to respond and calm my nerves. We just closed last Friday and could not be happier! We will definitely be using Shawna and Donahue for our next purchase, but hopefully that is not for many years to come!

We had a realtor we found via Zillow and hated her. So we decided we would try an open house on our own. We went and it was Shawna's property. We loved her and things went from there! Now we have our dream first home!
