I was referred to Shawna by my sister. Shawna has helped 2 of my sisters and my co-worker. What I loved most, she will set you up with everything you may need, inspector, bank, lawyer, she is jack of all trades. Shawna was always there to answer any questions, I may have had. No matter the day or time, she always responded quickly. I would ask the most crazy questions, but to her no question was a crazy question. We had great vibes, she knew if I didn't love a house and would reassure me, we will find something. When my dad passed away Shawna reached out, sent sympathy cards to me and my sister. She goes beyond the duties of only being a realtor. I don't know if she is aware, but after helping 3 Weaver sisters, she is now a part of the family!

Shawna did an amazing job getting our house sold. We were recently heart broken, getting 3 days to the closing table only to have our unqualified buyers fall through last minute. We told Shawna about it (she was not our original broker unfortunately) and she immediately went to action fixing all the mistakes we made the first go around to ensure this didn't happen again. Not only did she get us multiple offers from qualified buyers, she pushed the entire process through in half the time knowing we were in a pinch. We could not recommend Shawna enough :)

Everyone in immediate family has fallen in love with Shawna. As my mom said, Shawna is "the real deal". Shawna clearly knew her stuff. Shawna Young is a great real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the house buying process. She gets to know you not only on a professional level but personal level as well. That helps because she gets to know what you like and what you don't like. She is able to walk into a house and know if it is something you will like or not. Shawna knows about towns and different facts about them too. I would highly recommend her! My fiance Scott and I were so happy to work with her!

Home buying made SUPER easy!! We were brand new to the home-buying experience so we weren’t even sure what factors mattered to us most when choosing a realtor. We actually met Shawna five years ago when we were just looking, but not in a position to buy. She came across my comment on another agent’s facebook post and messaged me. Several of our friends had recommended Shawna Young because she was successful in finding the perfect house for her clients. Since we were first time buyers, we really wanted someone who was going to explain the whole entire process and walk us through it from beginning to end. We weren't sure if we were ready to buy, so we needed quite a bit of hand holding. From our first sit down with Shawna, she exceeded our expectations, calmed every fear we had as home buyers, answered all of our questions and let us know that we could buy a house in 3 months or wait 2 years, it was all up to us and when we felt ready. From that moment, we knew we HAD to work with Shawna. Shawna has an incredible talent of knowing her client's wants/needs in a house as well as personal taste and preferences. She always paid attention to detail, checking our reactions to different style houses and making mental notes of what we liked/disliked. She recommended several houses that matched exactly what we were looking for, but reminded us that there will always be more houses, so if we don't "get the feeling" with the house, don't jump into an offer. I really liked her approach with each house that we wanted to put an offer on. We would go through a pro/con list with her. This process ultimately prevented us from putting an offer on the wrong house, that didn't really check off any of our needs and would have been a money pit. I find this to be extremely valuable because we knew we could trust her and never felt pressured. We finally found the perfect house for us, and we got "the feeling" the moment we walked in. She truly advocates for her client, every step of the way, making sure nothing was missed with the offer, inspection, closing. She was knowledgeable thoughout the entire sales process and explained all of our options. From the get-go, we knew we could trust Shawna. She was enthusiastic throughout the entire process and was excited for us, which helped calm our nerves, since we were first time home buyers.
