In the purchase of our new build coupled with us also being first time home buyers, Shawna was very helpful in providing insight on the process. Shawna Young was our realtor and we would definitely recommend her to other buyers! She texted us and emailed us promptly. We don't know how many other clients at that time but if she was it didn't show she was working with others. We felt like a top priority for her. We decided we wanted a realtor who knew the southwest Boston area really well and when we met Shawna, she definitely fit the bill. I was referred to Shawna by my sister. Shawna has helped 2 of my sisters and my co-worker. What I loved most, she will set you up with everything you may need, inspector, bank, lawyer, she is jack of all trades. Shawna was always there to answer any questions, I may have had.
